Daily responsibilities include maintenance, support, and integrity of a Windows, ,7,8,10, 2008,2012,2016,2019 Server environments and hardware issues of network devices. As well as work to complete projects as needed. Communicate with users, staff, and top management.<\/div>\n
\n

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Troubleshoot and fix escalated issues effectively and efficiently.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Act as a technical lead to provide expertise to team members and to the business. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Able to train users, in person and remotely, on basic computer usage of software,hardware
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Test and validate new hardware and OS for existing business applications <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Create and administer PC images <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage support requests.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitor performance and availability of systems with active and manual tools and processes <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Interface with associated IT staff.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Identify IT related security and safety needs and issues. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Support as required IT Team technical and administrative activities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain skills by attending related training and performing research.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Candidate must be able to manage time efficiently and prioritize assignments based on direction provided.<\/p>\n

Important Note: This is an on call 24\/7 position please be advised before applying.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some administrative requirements for this position will be to submit weekly status reports, appropriate updating of all assigned problem tickets or request for work tickets as well as on time submission of weekly on-line time sheet.<\/strong>
\nCompletes all responsibilities as outlined on a weekly basis. Assignments can be complex and difficult, normally independently planned and conducted once approval is obtained.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Technical skills:<\/strong><\/div>\n

Five to Ten years experience working with Microsoft Windows Server in an Information Systems environment.<\/p>\n

Windows experience must include installation, maintenance and support of a Windows Server 2008,2012,2016,2019 Operating System and strong knowledge Microsoft Windows Server hardware.<\/p>\n

Visualization experience including VMWare, Citrix,Salesforce and Microsoft-Windows technologies,Remote Support Services applications.<\/p>\n

Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, File\/Print, and Corporate applications servers.<\/p>\n
